Vegetables – beans, beetroot, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, chillies, cucumber, corn, eggplants, lettuce, okra, pumpkin, radish,  squash, silverbeet, tomatoes, zucchini

Herbs – basil, chives, oregano, parsley, mint, rosemary

Temperate Warm Areas Most of SA and coastal NSW eg What to Plant in Adelaide in August, What to Plant in Sydney in August

Vegetables –Asian greens, beetroot, broad beans, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, leek, lettuce, onions, parsnip, peas, potatoes, radish, rocket, silverbeet, spinach, swede, turnip, zucchini

Herbs – Chervil, Coriander, Fennel, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Spring Onions, Thyme

Chillies, Tomatoes, Capsicum and Eggplant dependent on your local climate. If in doubt raise on heat mat or place seedlings inside on windowsill until it warms a little more.
