The Fat Cayenne chilli is a long, thick cayenne chilli that is has thick skinned chillies. It is a fast growing cayenne with a bright red colour when ripe and is similar to the large fat cayenne chillies you will often see in the supermarket. Easy to grow, our seeds are from this summer’s crop and are limited. Fat Cayenne chillies can be eaten when green or red. They are great in stir fries, or for making sauces and powders. Get in quick!
