Long Island Improved is a popular Brussel Sprouts variety that grows with an upright plant that prefers a long cool season and produces up to 100 sweet tasting sprouts on each plant. It takes 4 months or more to mature and the sprouts will taste better after a mild frost. It produces a mass of medium to small green sprouts with excellent flavour in a nice tight head.
