BLACK PURPLE TOMATOES
Some of the most unusually attractive tomato varieties are those with black/purple colourings. Ranging from large beefsteak varieties like the Black Krim, to small cherry tomatoes like the black Cherry, there are many black/ purple coloured tomatoes for you to try in your garden.
Like many other coloured tomato varieties, another bonus is that birds tend to leave them alone, which is always most welcome by the home gardener.
My favourite black/ purple tomatoes would be the prolific Black Russian and the Black Cherry.
