Tatsoi Green Coin seeds –
Tatsoi is a heritage variety of Brassica rapa that has been cultivated throughout Asia for many centuries. It is a leaf vegetable that is also known as Rosette Pak Choi. This very popular Asian variety produces low-growing (10cm) rosettes of dark green glossy leaves with pale green/white stems. The leaves have a mild mustard flavor that is commonly used fresh as a salad green or cooked as a vegetable in stir-fries and soups. Tatsoi is an excellent variety for sprouts and microgreens and is very cold tolerant. It is also a good variety for baby leaf production, producing in around 21 days. This variety has intense green, spoon shaped leaves with a mild mustard taste. Very popular in stir fries.
